Why does this website use the word “skosh” in its name? I think it comes down to this intrinsic desire I have to find answers and share best practices with the world. Here’s the rub; it will never be all the answers, and the direction for life I do give will certainly not be definitive. Some of my advice may even be wrong for you or in general, so take it with a grain of salt (preferably Utah salt, see my poem “Bad” for context on this ;)
This blog is a little bit of advice, however that doesn’t have the same ring to it, does it? If you’re ready to be a skosh better, I encourage to you start here: How to get started with Wim Hof Breathing.
Here’s to living a skosh better life.
