Dads (Poem)

Last Updated on: March 24, 2019

Dads are sinewy
Serious men
Who don’t say a lot
Until you are much older
Then they can say everything
Without speaking
But it was you who changed
Sure your dad is wrinkled, grey, maybe bald
But you’re no longer a 7 pound 2 oz being.
Your difference is much more pronounced
